Wen Ching Yiu, Krystine
is a Hong Kong–based visual artist
and graphic designer
focusing on graphic design and printmaking.
In 2022, she graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a BA in Visual Art. She had participated in the Shared Campus programme organised by ZHdK (2021) and UAL (2022) and Print Exchange by Hot Bed Press (2022 & 2023) and deTour 2023 workshop tutor. She is one of the creators and the designer of Tuenmunality, and a member of People of Print.
Krystine uses screen printing and risograph as her primary media in her printmaking work. Memories are her fundamental inspiration. She deforms and reconstructs them into images that remind her of her identity. Inspired by contemporary graphic design and printmaking art, she plays with surreal colour combinations to pioneer her inherent aesthetics. Fusing experimental illustrations and graphics, she conveys perfection within imperfection.
尹靖瑤是香港一位專注於平面設計、版畫及插畫的藝術家，2022年畢業於香港浸會大學視覺藝術院。她曾在2021及2022年參與由Shared Campus舉辦的交流活動，Hot Bed Press舉辦的版畫交換活動，現為《溯本尋屯》其中一位創辦人及設計師、People of Print成員。
平面設計、絲網印刷及孔版印刷是她的主要創作媒介。她的創作靈感來自於收集生活中的點點滴滴，再加以玩味重組，引領觀眾走進她的幻想世界。受當代平面設計及版畫作品影響，她試圖以鮮艷及多層次的視覺效果去打破傳統美學觀念，强調不完美的獨特性，同時追求畫面的實驗性。
